Outreach
Led by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa
Fostering stakeholder engagement
We aim to develop a comprehensive outreach strategy, integrating academic efforts with civil society across the Transform4Europe European university.
What we do
In 2024, we focused on fostering stakeholder engagement, developing the criteria for the selection of sustainable partnerships, and showcasing academic contributions to societal challenges. Highlights include Science Cafés that brought communities and researchers together, a service-learning workshop to inspire innovation through community-based learning, and the inaugural global partnership forum to strengthen collaboration.
Moving forward, we will refine tools for global engagement, support knowledge entrepreneurialism labs, and expand initiatives like science communication courses and podcasts to engage broader audiences.
