About
The thematic focus of the event is sustainable development and environmental transformation: effective climate adaptation and innovations. It aims to bring together stakeholders from the Transform4Europe regions working in this field such as municipalities/city government representatives, business companies, NGOs etc., to present a variety of cases from the Transform4Europe regions and to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the area as a ground for further collaboration within the Alliance’s network of stakeholders.
Another important aim of the event is to disseminate the results of the Transform4Europe White Paper on Collaboration in Research and Innovation in a Pan-European University Alliance project to science policy-makers and the general public. The T4ERI White Paper summarizes the results of all work packages, together in a holistic analysis for policy-makers that identifies legal, regulatory and financial barriers hampering research & innovation cooperation among universities and elaborate recommendations to national and European policy-makers on the way forward in the T4ERI focus areas.
