USAAR University Sports

University Sports offers students and staff at the university around 600 sports and exercise programmes in over 70 different disciplines every year. Whether in regular courses, workshops or tournaments: The focus is on exercise, health, socialising and fun.

UA Leagues

All students, independent of their skill level, can compete in the UA Leagues. Available sports: women’s 8-a-side football, men’s 8-a-side football, women’s futsal, men’s futsal, women’s 3×3 basketball, men’s 3×3 basketball, women’s beach volleyball, men’s beach volleyball, mixed beach volleyball, women’s padel tennis, men’s padel tennis, mixed padel tennis and mixed table tennis.

Competition and UA Teams

University students can join teams and compete on 4 different levels: University Regional Sports Championship, University Spanish Championships, University International Championships and Admin and Service Staff Championships. A complete list of all available teams can be found HERE.

UA Instructor-led Physical Activities

Under the guidance of instructors feel free to do your first steps or improve your skills in different styles of dances, Latin and ballroom dance, cross fit, self-defence, functional training, keep fit, judo, kung-fu, multi-sport, paddle, pilates, tennis, beach volleyball or yoga.

Sports at USil

USil has a varied sports programme offering students the chance to participate in recreational workshops or to prove themselves against their peers in different competitions.

ŠportUP

ŠportUP is the universities sport section in charge of offering students different kinds of recreational content, ranging from daily lead exercise sections to organising skiing and hiking trips.

Recreation at SU

SU Sports department organizes regular sports activities that students can register to at the beginning of the study year in October. Competitive student athletes can additionally sign up to one of the universities teams.
