Mechthild Baumann is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and Humboldt-University Berlin and has an impressive track record and experience in successfully obtaining grants in European Commission competitions and other funding programmes. She shares her knowledge in her books, as well as the courses and lectures she conducts.
