T4EU Transformational Leadership Programme
About
The Transform4Europe Alliance announces the launch of the Transformational Leadership Programme taking place between November 2024 and May 2026.
This programme encompasses four in-person seminars and 10 online training programmes that address the main challenges faced by high-level leaders in universities.
The seminars will cover topics such as Global Leadership, Sustainability Challenges, Responsible Leadership, and Challenges from AI. Each seminar will last 9 hours, over two days.
The training programmes will address other types of challenges, such as conflict management, communication, time management, and fostering people engagement, among others. The programmes will be delivered by each of the ten partner universities.
