About
The fourth edition of the European Student Assembly (#ESA25) will bring EUA students together. Participants will debate and draft policy recommendations on 8 topics related to the future of Europe and essential for students. The assembly gathering will be held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg from 26 to 28 May 2025.
Why participate?
- Represent the voices of students from diverse countries, disciplines, and study levels.
- Collaborate with peers from the European Universities Alliances (EUAs) to strengthen the student community across Europe.
- Contribute to deliberative processes that aim to bridge the gap between European citizens and decision-makers.
- Engage with European politics and help regenerate democracy at multiple levels – local, national, and European.
Who can apply?
- Students from all nationalities, fields, and study levels (Bachelor’s 2nd year to PhD) registered in one of the 64 European Universities Alliances are eligible.
- New participants can apply as a participant or panel coordinator.
- Previous participants (from ESA editions 1, 2, or 3) can only apply as panel coordinators.Faculty members are not eligible, except for PhD candidates.
How to apply?
Fill out the application form. Make sure to review the Handbook (pdf file, 2 MB) beforehand!
Applications are open to students from all nationalities, fields and levels of study from the second year of bachelor studies to PhD.
ESA does not charge any participation fees. Meals will be provided for free as well as accommodation for three nights in a youth hostel.
Travel (and additional accommodation, if necessary) of students selected by the T4EU Alliance will be financed from the project budget.
