Applications are accepted in four categories: Digital Transformation, Social Transformation, Environmental Transformation, and Institutional Innovation. These categories reflect key priorities such as technological advancement, inclusion, and sustainable development.
The awards highlight the essential role of non-academic staff in shaping the future of higher education, encouraging collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement across institutions. Winners receive a monetary prize for their achievements, with the awards presented during the international conference ‘Enhancing Professional Excellence: Synergy of Academic and Non-Academic Staff (PROF-SYNERGY)’.
