Institutional Coordinators meeting in Sofia

On 14 th and 15 th of February 2023 Institutional Coordinators Meeting was held in Sofia University “St Kl. Ohridski”. Sofia meeting is one of the regular Institutional Coordinators’ Meetings on which outlook and development of different WP and the whole project was done. Representatives from all partner universities took part in the event. The format of the meeting was hybrid, a format used for meetings in the last 3 years, so it gave the opportunity of other coordinators to take part in the meeting, and as well as other participants interested about the development of the project could take part. One of the important points discussed by the institutional coordinators was on:
- optimizing collaboration pain and gain point within the project,
- capacity building framework and Consortium management for the remaining months of the project,
- financial overview and cost spending of the partners of the Alliance,
- strengthening of the intermobility between the Alliance,
- inner communication and promotion of activities of the project between the partners and others.
The participants of the meeting could take part in a walking tour in the city of Sofia and Sofia university.
