Dear T4EU Students!
The Festival of European Culture T4EU 2023 starts on 24 April! This year, it is organised by the University of Silesia in Katowice. The theme of the Festival revolves around integration.
During these 5 days, you will be able to experience various forms of artistic creation within a wide choice of film and artistic workshops organised by the Faculty of Arts and Educational Science and Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School.
The event will be brimming with music experiences as well – apart from the premiere of the Anthem of the Transform4Europe, you will listen to famous pieces performed by international music ensembles from partner universities.
We also plan to play music together and discover the flavours of the Silesian cuisine and Cieszyn Land. You will have an opportunity to visit the Shepherd’s Centre for a demonstration of regional cheese making and talk on shepherd culture as well as the Centre of Koniakow Lace, where more than a century of Koniakow lace-making tradition is cultivated. You will also have a chance to enjoy a performance by the ‘Istebna’ highlander band.
