Active Breaks – every Wednesday at 1.15 p.m. (CET) for 10 minutes via the Zoom platform!

You will receive daily reminders along with the link to our Zoom, where we host all our active breaks! They’re starting next week, from 1 July onwards!

Good to know to reach maximum effect:

  • Be on time, the active break lasts a maximum of 10 minutes, turn off the camera and microphone,
  • ventilate the room before the active break (or exercise outdoors),
  • make sure you have enough space (approx. 1.5 x 1.5 m),
  • train in pairs and invite others to join in!

The aim of an active break is to relax, both physically and mentally.
