You will receive daily reminders along with the link to our Zoom, where we host all our active breaks! They’re starting next week, from 1 July onwards!
Good to know to reach maximum effect:
- Be on time, the active break lasts a maximum of 10 minutes, turn off the camera and microphone,
- ventilate the room before the active break (or exercise outdoors),
- make sure you have enough space (approx. 1.5 x 1.5 m),
- train in pairs and invite others to join in!
The aim of an active break is to relax, both physically and mentally.
