About

The fourth day of T4EU events in Katowice and Cieszyn included another series of module classes for students during T4EU Week and the continuation of the Polish language course. That day also saw meetings of the Management Board, as well as the Joint Communication Office and the Joint Quality Assurance Office where current activities and future plans related to communication were discussed.

Those interested had the opportunity to attend an event on diversity and inclusivity: ‘Accessible University’, which focused, among other things, on building a more open and welcoming academic space.

As part of a workshop on European heritage, participants visited the Beskid Tri-Village (Jaworzynka-Koniaków-Istebna). It served as an opportunity to meet the custodians of intangible cultural heritage and ‘new craftsmen’ in the Cieszyn Silesia region.

In the evening, there was an open-air social event combined with a visit to the Habsburg Palace in Pszczyna. The participants could also listen to music composed by Adrian Robak, PhD, Associate Professor, during a unique concert entitled ‘Music of Katowice – City of Science and Creativity’.
