Consent to the processing of personal data for the T4EU newsletter purposes

The controller of the personal data (your e-mail address) processed for the purpose of subscribing to and managing the newsletter is the University of Silesia in Katowice, which also administers the system used for newsletter subscriptions. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the data subject’s consent, for the purpose of sending information related to the activities and initiatives of the Transform4Europe alliance.

The data may be shared with partners and participants of the Transform4Europe alliance only to the extent necessary to carry out informational and organizational activities. Individuals subscribing to the newsletter have the right to access their personal data, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing, withdraw their consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter message or by contacting the University of Silesia in Katowice directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
