About

On May 12, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (CET), Université Jean Monnet (UJM) invites you to a webinar dedicated to decision-making in a managerial context. Delivered in English by Marie Borne, a specialist in management practices, this webinar is open to all universities within the Transform4Europe alliance.

As a manager, you make numerous decisions every day. Some are straightforward, while others are more complex and uncertain. How can you avoid the pitfalls of intuition and make more effective decisions?

As part of its training initiatives, UJM and Transform4Europe are offering a webinar designed to help managers better understand their decision-making processes and enhance the impact of their choices.

  • Learn a practical framework for fast decision-making using the Q.D.E. (Quick and Effective Decision) matrix, which helps distinguish between simple, complicated, complex, and chaotic situations
  • Explore methods to involve teams in decision-making processes without slowing down execution or creating ineffective consensus
  • Apply these tools through interactive scenarios and group reflection sessions
  • Leave with a practical decision-making toolkit, including key questions to ask before making important decisions, as well as warning signs to identify potential biases
