In January 2026, prof. Vesselin Popovski, Vice Dean of Jindal Global Law School and Executive Director of the Centre for the Study of the UN at O.P. Jindal Global University, visited Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in his capacity as the recipient of the Transform4Europe Visiting Professorship. Prof. Popovski delivered a public lecture titled ‘Challenges to the International Order’. He has also engaged in research collaboration with scholars from Sofia University within the European Values and Social Challenges research group, where the focus is on value-based approaches to explaining and understanding social challenges.
