About

Thinking beyond borders in law school – that’s what a group of students from Saarland University and the University of Silesia in Katowice got to experience during the 3-day exchange project entitled “T4EU Comparative Case Studies in Law”. Working through cases in criminal law, private law, and public law, participants compared legal structures, identified differences, and discussed the strengths and weaknesses of each system – with hands-on training in English legal terminology along the way. The social programme also made sure there was plenty of room for cross-border connections on a personal level.

A big thank you to Prof. Pietrzykowski, Prof. Jagielska, and Prof. Brodowski for making this possible!
