Academy for Professional Excellence
Led by the Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania
Seeking professional excellence
We focus on fostering skilling and reskilling for university staff and expanding professional development opportunities. Our aim is to create an integrated, innovative learning environment that aligns with the European University vision. Key initiatives include leadership training, professional development programmes, and open science integration. Through various collaborative efforts, we enhance teaching quality, support staff mobility, and strengthen institutional transformation across partner universities.
What we do
We are committed to enhancing professional development within the T4EU Alliance through training programmes for academic and non-academic staff, leadership development, and support for early-stage researchers. Key activities include the Open Learning Hub for innovative teaching, a Professional Development Programme, a Transformational Leadership Programme, and an Open Science initiative promoting digital competencies. These efforts are designed to foster skills, innovation, and institutional transformation across the European university network.
