Training materials, recordings of online training sessions and future training schedules for the T4EU Staff
About
One of the key focus areas of the Transform4Europe (T4EU) alliance initiative is to promote professional excellence among university staff by supporting skilling, reskilling, and upscaling opportunities for professional development. To serve this purpose, a T4EU Staff Training Portfolio has been developed. The portfolio is designed as a comprehensive database of the training possibilities offered by the alliance to the following target groups: teaching staff, administrative staff, high-level leadership and early-stage researchers. The goal of this deliverable is to:
- identify the professional development training needs of staff at modern European universities, as revealed by several extensive benchmarking reports;
- showcase the comprehensive training programmes developed by T4EU;
- enable the T4EU community to plan future training opportunities;
- provide T4EU community and the external stakeholders with access to selected online training resources.
The T4EU Staff Training Portfolio consists of training materials, recordings of online training sessions and future training schedules. The portfolio will be continuously updated as new training programmes are developed, further enhancing the alliance’s visibility and the accessibility of its offerings. Ultimately, the portfolio will contribute to the professionalization, internationalization, and innovation of higher education staff roles, while aligning with T4EU’s broader strategic vision to integrate education, research, innovation, and service to society.
