DESIGNING JOINT PROGRAM: THE WORK CONTINUES
17 June 2024 | Jean Monnet University, France, | Workshop
About
On Monday, June 17th, a workshop led by Souheila Gassiot, Work Package Assistant from UJM’s T4EU team, gathered over 50 participants interested in the implementation of joint or double degrees. They had the opportunity to exchange their practices and experiences. This workshop facilitated discussions on European criteria and their application to national regulations. It was open to all staff members of the T4EU universities.
The workshop aimed to design a guide to assist in the implementation of these joint programs within each T4EU university. To construct this guide, several points were addressed:
- Challenges encountered by participants during the implementation and issuance of joint degrees
- T4EU criteria to be adapted to the European label criteria issued by the European Commission
- Presentation of joint programs created within the T4EU alliance
- Analysis of difficulties faced by participants and strategies undertaken to overcome them
This workshop led to constructive and fruitful exchanges, strengthening the partnership between T4EU universities.

The next workshop will take place in a hybrid format during the T4EU Week in Katowice, Poland, from October 21 to 25, 2024.
