About
Jean Monnet University is pleased to organise its very first staff week event dedicated to managing directors, deans, senior administrator from T4EU universities.
Together, they will work and exchange on different topics :
– Challenging our organizations regarding the European scale
– Organizational innovation: innovative structural models in higher education
– Real challenges faced by participants, how to strengthen inter-departmental collaborations
– New spaces for collaboration and social dialogue : building an effective collaboration between leading management and labor representatives.
These collaborative work sessions will be interspersed with convivial moments and cultural visits.
- Maximum 2 participants per T4EU university.
- Please note that there is no fees to participate in this staff week. 3 lunches and 1 dinner will be covered by JMU. However, transportation and accommodation are at your expense. We encourage you to directly contact the International Office of your university for details on coverage options (such as Erasmus+ scholarships for staff or T4EU funds).
