The course is originally designed for the students of dietetics. COURSE OBJECTIVES:
• Students will be able to identify the environmental determinants that have the greatest impact on the individual’s health.
• Students will understand the importance of mutual interdependence between the environment, food and health.
• The purpose of the course is to educate students how to be environmentally friendly through the field of nutrition.
