Entrepreneurship School in Katowice

About
2nd T4EU Entrepreneurship School, organized as part of the Transform4Europe alliance, took place at the University of Silesia in Katowice from September 11–15, 2023.
The event focused on teamwork among consortium students and aims to build interdisciplinary teams to synergize competencies and skills.
The initiative included workshops that focused on issues related to one of the three thematic areas of the Transform4Europe alliance:
- Digital transformation and smart regions;
- Environmental transformation and sustainability;
- Societal transformation, community building and inclusion.
In addition, participants of the Entrepreneurship School participated in study visits to companies – SD Worx, where teamwork was the main theme, and Rockwell Automation, with a special focus on the well-being of the company’s employees concern.
The event was hosted by a representative of Marsh EBSC – Mr. Jacek Mrzygłód, who shared his experience in the area of employer branding.
During informal meetings, students could also get to know Katowice and spend time with peers from partner universities.
